By train:
Several Intercity lines and the Cologne-Berlin ICE stop in Bochum.
Coming from the central railway station:
1. By tram:
Take the No. 302 route in the direction of Gelsenkirchen or the No. 310 in the direction of Bochum-Höntrop, as far as the Bochumer Verein/Jahrhunderthalle stop.
Journey duration: approx. 6 minutes.
2. By bus:
Take the No. 345 route in the direction of Bochum-Dahlhausen, as far as the Bochumer Verein/Jahrhunderthalle stop.
Journey duration: approx. 6 minutes.
3. On foot:
Kurt-Schumacher-Platz, Südring, Rottstraße - Walking time: approx. 15 minutes
By car:
If taking the A 40 motorway, drive as far as the exit for Bochum-Stahlhausen or, if coming from the south, the A 43 as far as the Bochum/Witten motorway junction; if coming from the north, take the exit for Bochum-Riemke.
By air:
Fly to Düsseldorf or Dortmund Airport; take the train to Bochum central railway station. For further details see 'By train' (above).
