Und ich wurde nicht entt\u00e4uscht, denn mein Arbeitsalltag im Ausbildungszentrum am Standort Bochum ist vielf\u00e4ltig.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ein Arbeitstag kann aus technischen Aufgaben bestehen, die uns auf die Pr\u00fcfungen vorbereiten. Dazu geh\u00f6ren zum Beispiel das Feilen, Bohren, Drehen und Fr\u00e4sen von \u00dcbungsteilen. Um uns fachlich weiterzubilden, nehmen wir an umfassenden Seminaren teil, z.B. \u00fcber Arbeitsschutz.<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]W\u00e4hrend der Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker absolvieren wir zahlreiche Lehrg\u00e4nge. Themenschwerpunkte davon sind zum Beispiel Elektrotechnik, Schwei\u00dfen, E-Pneumatik, Hydraulik, Drehen und Fr\u00e4sen sowie ein Gabelstaplerlehrgang.<\/em><\/p>\n

Die Vielf\u00e4ltigkeit der Aufgaben, beispielsweise wenn kleinere Baugruppen erstellt werden m\u00fcssen, macht mir am meisten Spa\u00df. Daf\u00fcr fr\u00e4sen, drehen, biegen oder schwei\u00dfen wir zum Beispiel Teile, um sie nachher zu einem Projekt zusammen zu f\u00fcgen.<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Insgesamt werden wir umfassend auf die Berufswelt vorbereitet und bekommen von den Ausbildern viel Fachwissen vermittelt. Deshalb bin ich mit der Ausbildung beim BVV mehr als zufrieden und freue mich, bald voll ins Unternehmen einzusteigen. F\u00fcr zw\u00f6lf Monate werden wir nach der Ausbildung garantiert \u00fcbernommen. Danach haben wir die M\u00f6glichkeit auf einen Festvertrag.<\/em><\/p>\n

Wer sich f\u00fcr den Beruf des Industriemechanikers interessiert, sollte Team- und Kommunikationsf\u00e4higkeit mitbringen. Au\u00dferdem ist logisches und mathematisches Verst\u00e4ndnis wichtig, um das Erlernte auch in die Praxis umsetzen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
