Nach meinem Fachabitur bin ich durch Freunde und Bekannte auf diesen Beruf aufmerksam geworden. Nachdem ich weiter \u00fcber den Beruf recherchiert habe, war mein Interesse geweckt.<\/em><\/p>\n

Anschlie\u00dfend habe ich mich beim BVV um einen Ausbildungsplatz zum Konstruktionsmechaniker beworben. Nach einem 2-t\u00e4gigen Praktikum, anschlie\u00dfendem Eignungstest und einem Vorstellungsgespr\u00e4ch bekam ich die Zusage f\u00fcr meine Ausbildung.<\/em><\/p>\n

Meine Ausbildung begann am 01.09.2016 in der Ausbildungswerkstatt im Technikzentrum Bochum der ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe AG. Dort wurde ich in unterschiedlichen F\u00fcge- und Trennverfahren ausgebildet, zum Beispiel im Gasschmelzschwei\u00dfen, Schutzgasschwei\u00dfen\u00a0 (MAG, WIG) oder Lichtbogenhandschwei\u00dfen. Weiterhin konnte ich das thermische Trennen, Plasmaschneiden und viele weitere Verfahren erlernen.<\/em><\/p>\n

Im Bereich Metall habe ich unter anderem Grundkenntnisse im Bohren, Feilen und S\u00e4gen sowie im Bereich Zerspanung im Drehen und Fr\u00e4sen erlangt. Die Ausbildung beim BVV bietet mir noch zus\u00e4tzlich die M\u00f6glichkeit, s\u00e4mtliche Zertifikate und F\u00fchrerscheine zu machen. Hierzu z\u00e4hlen zum Beispiel der Flurf\u00f6rderfahrzeugschein, der Kranf\u00fchrerschein, erweiterte Erste-Hilfe Kurse, eine Brandhelferausbildung oder das ECDL-Zertifikat.<\/em><\/p>\n

Meine T\u00e4tigkeiten in der Werkstatt bestehen u.a. aus dem Erzeugen von Stahlbau- und Blechkonstruktionen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus \u00fcbernehme ich Instandhaltungsauftr\u00e4ge, die Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle einzelner Bauteile, die Erstellung von Wartungs- und Inspektionspl\u00e4nen sowie die Pr\u00fcfung und Reparatur einzelner Bauteile oder den Austausch von Verschlei\u00dfteilen.<\/em><\/p>\n

Neben der praktischen Ausbildung besuche ich ein- bis zweimal w\u00f6chentlich die Berufsschule. Hier kann ich das theoretische Wissen f\u00fcr den Beruf des Konstruktionsmechanikers erlangen und werde in berufsspezifischen F\u00e4chern, wie Fertigungstechnik und Montagetechnik, ausgebildet.<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
