September 2018 ein Teil des BVV\u2019s. Nach meiner ersten Ausbildung zur Einzelhandelskauffrau habe ich mich dazu entschieden, eine weitere Ausbildung zur Industriekauffrau zu machen.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ich habe mich beim Bochumer Verein Verkehrstechnik beworben, da es ein Unternehmen ist welches nicht nur f\u00fcr eine sehr gute Ausbildung bekannt ist, sondern auch gro\u00dfe Verantwortung im Alltag \u00fcbernimmt. Ein Unternehmen das mit seinen Produkten tausende Menschen jeden Tag von A nach B bringt ist, meiner Meinung nach zu bewundern.<\/em><\/p>\n

Zu Beginn der Ausbildung sind alle Auszubildenden des 1. Lehrjahrs auf eine Azubifahrt nach Bad Marienberg gefahren. Dort konnten wir uns kennenlernen und wurden auf einen guten Ausbildungsstart vorbereitet. Es wurden Themen wie zum Beispiel die Erwartungen, Bef\u00fcrchtungen und \u00c4ngste in Bezug auf die Ausbildung sowie die Zwischen- und Abschlusspr\u00fcfung und vieles mehr besprochen. Die Fahrt haben wir mit einem geselligen Grillabend beendet.<\/em>

\nIn den ersten Monaten meiner Ausbildung wurde ich in der Personalabteilung eingesetzt. Dort habe ich viele, liebe und sehr hilfsbereite Kollegen kennengelernt, ich habe mich direkt sehr wohl gef\u00fchlt.<\/em>
\nVon Anfang an durfte ich die Verantwortung tragen und z.B. am Bewerbungsverfahren der neuen Auszubildenden mitwirken. Meine Aufgaben lagen darin, Bewerbern R\u00fcckmeldungen zu senden, mich mit der Auswertung von Bewerbungsunterlagen zu besch\u00e4ftigen, Listen bez\u00fcglich des Bewerbungsverfahrens zu erstellen und Einstellungstests mit zu betreuen.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ich bin nun seit 3 Monaten bei der Bochumer Verein Verkehrstechnik und ich kann mit voller \u00dcberzeugung sagen, dass es die beste Entscheidung war eine zweite Ausbildung zur Industriekauffrau zu beginnen. <\/em>
\nDemn\u00e4chst komme ich in eine neue Abteilung und ich bin gespannt welche Aufgaben und Herausforderungen mich dort erwarten.<\/em>
